Through the examination of notable governmental and nongovernmental actors, including established institutions, energy policies, and climate action strategies, the article will look into the challenges and opportunities in implementing renewable energy solutions. The discussion will offer insights into how a viable renewable energy sector can contribute in the mitigation of climate change impacts in Nigeria.
